It is an interventional study in which 20 subjects will be recruited based on inclusion and exclusion criteria. After recruitment subjects will be given Thiratchai Chooranam - 1.5 grams,twice a day with ghee for 45 days. After completion blood investigations will be taken for subjects.

入选标准

•Hemoglobin level: for male:7-12g/dl for female:7-11g/dl serum cobalamin level:100-300pg/ml serum folic acid level:2-5ng/ml mean corpuscular volume>100fl.

排除标准

•pregnant women and lactating mother patient receiving anti tuberculosis drug patient underwent gastrectomy renal disease cardiac disease.

结局指标

主要结局

It will be assessed by comparing the pre and post treatment cobalamin,folic acid and hemoglobin levels of the patient.

时间窗: fourty eighth day

次要结局

It will be assessed by comparing the reduction of clinical symptoms, changes in blood count before and after treatment(fourty eighth day)
