- •Patients diagnosed with stroke based on clinical evaluation and neuroimaging (CT/MRI)
- •Age between 18 to 45 years.
- •Admitted to AVBRH within the study period.
- •Patients or their legal guardians who provide informed consent to participate in the study.
排除标准
- •Patients with stroke onset before 18 years or after 45 years.
- •Patients unwilling to participate in the study.
- •Patients with incomplete medical records.

时间窗: at every week for 2 months and then every 3 months

- 1.To identify the risk factors associated with young stroke in the study population.(2.To evaluate the outcomes of young stroke patients, including the length of hospital stay, modified Rankin Scale (mRS) score at discharge, & in-hospital mortality.)
