Inclusion Criteria
1. the patient who had irritable bowel syndrome or functional dyspepsia
2. the patient who signed a consent form
Exclusion Criteria
1. patients who have inflammatory bowel disease or celiac disease
2. patients who received colectomy
3. patients who have a severe morbidity.
4. patients who psychiatric problem
5. patients who didn't want be enrolled in this study
