排除标准
- •Patients with complicated inguinal hernias.
- •Patients with bilateral inguinal hernias.
- •Psychologically disturbed patients.
- •Patients having co-morbidity.
- •Patients with prior abdominal operations, as well as patients with previous lower abdominal irradiation.
- •Recurrent inguinal hernia.
- •Below 18-year patients.
- •Patients not fit for general anaesthesia.
