- •Patients undergoing posterolateral thoracotomy
排除标准
- •1.Previous thoracotomy
- •2.Chronic pain syndrome (any type of pain)
- •3.Opioid or steroid use within 6 months before surgery.
- •4.Chest trauma with rib fractures
- •5.Radiologic evidence of parietal pleural or chest wall tumour invasion
- •6.Previous neoadjuvant chemotherapy or radiation therapy.
- •7.Contraindication to epidural analgesia
- •8.Allergy to study drugs (bupivacaine and fentanyl)
- •9.Fibromyalgia
- •10.Osteoarthritis
- •11.Rheumatic arthritis
- •12.Failure to obtain consent
