Inclusion Criteria
Adult patients (at least 18 years old) with CRPC or lung cancer beyond recovery in an advanced state, functionally not operable or without any tumor-specific treatment options and/or UICC IV for NSCLC or extensive disease for SCLC.
Exclusion Criteria
Patients underage (under the age of 18 years), insufficient language skills to complete the German questionnaires as well as cognitive or communicative deficits.

Name Time Method Scientific monitoring of quality of life and symptom burden measurement with PROMs (Distress Thermometer and IPOS) during the process of becoming a DKG certified CCC.

Name Time Method Testing the possibility of measuring quality of life and symptom burden with only one of the two questionnaires used.
