Inclusion Criteria
- Healthy men
- between 18 and 40 years old
- written consent given
Exclusion Criteria
- Naloxone or paracetamol hypersensibility
- Excessive consumption of alcohol, tobacco, coffee, tea or toxicomania
- Concomitant medication
