Inclusion Criteria
- •DSWPD Diagnosis according to ICSD-3 criteria
Exclusion Criteria
- •1. Acute or chronic physical or mental illness, but excluding insomnia in the form of difficulty falling asleep (ICSD-3 criteria) and mild and moderate depression, as these are often associated with sleep problems in clinical practice.
- •2. Smokers (> 10 cigarettes or cigars/day)
- •3. Current participation in a drug trial, or if participation ended less than one month ago
- •4. Use of oral medication (except the contraceptive pill in women)
- •5. History of malignant diagnosis
- •6. Major surgery (including eye surgery)
- •7. Addiction (according to ICD 10)
- •8. Use of illegal substances within the last 3 months
- •9. Travel before inclusion in the study or the start of the experimental part: over 1 time zone within 1 week; over 2 time zones within 2 weeks, over 3 time zones within 3 weeks, over 4 time zones within the last 4 weeks.
