Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •DSWPD Diagnosis according to ICSD\-3 criteria

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\. Acute or chronic physical or mental illness, but excluding insomnia in the form of difficulty falling asleep (ICSD\-3 criteria) and mild and moderate depression, as these are often associated with sleep problems in clinical practice.
  • •2\. Smokers (\> 10 cigarettes or cigars/day)
  • •3\. Current participation in a drug trial, or if participation ended less than one month ago
  • •4\. Use of oral medication (except the contraceptive pill in women)
  • •5\. History of malignant diagnosis
  • •6\. Major surgery (including eye surgery)
  • •7\. Addiction (according to ICD 10\)
  • •8\. Use of illegal substances within the last 3 months
  • •9\. Travel before inclusion in the study or the start of the experimental part: over 1 time zone within 1 week; over 2 time zones within 2 weeks, over 3 time zones within 3 weeks, over 4 time zones within the last 4 weeks.
