DSWPD Diagnosis according to ICSD-3 criteria
1. Acute or chronic physical or mental illness, but excluding insomnia in the form of difficulty falling asleep (ICSD-3 criteria) and mild and moderate depression, as these are often associated with sleep problems in clinical practice.
2. Smokers (> 10 cigarettes or cigars/day)
3. Current participation in a drug trial, or if participation ended less than one month ago
4. Use of oral medication (except the contraceptive pill in women)
5. History of malignant diagnosis
6. Major surgery (including eye surgery)
7. Addiction (according to ICD 10)
8. Use of illegal substances within the last 3 months
9. Travel before inclusion in the study or the start of the experimental part: over 1 time zone within 1 week; over 2 time zones within 2 weeks, over 3 time zones within 3 weeks, over 4 time zones within the last 4 weeks.
