Inclusion Criteria
- •Mild to moderate depression and/or anxiety
- •Between 12 and 18 years old
- •Having access to email and a computer with broadband Internet access
- •Willingness to participate
- •Informed consent from participant and parents
Exclusion Criteria
- •Suicidal intentions
- •Severe depressive and/or anxiety complaints
- •Already receiving treatment for mental health issues
