Inclusion Criteria

  • •Mild to moderate depression and/or anxiety
  • •Between 12 and 18 years old
  • •Having access to email and a computer with broadband Internet access
  • •Willingness to participate
  • •Informed consent from participant and parents

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Suicidal intentions
  • •Severe depressive and/or anxiety complaints
  • •Already receiving treatment for mental health issues
