Inclusion Criteria
M2QM criterion (known in practice for at least 2 quarters with the above-mentioned diagnoses), knowledge of the German language, able to provide information/agree.
Exclusion Criteria
pregnancy; cognitive limitations; no reliable long-term diagnosis justifying an indication vaccination against Covid-19 or influenza; diagnosis or patient known in practice for less than two quarters; ignorance of the German language, inability to give informed consent

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method The patient's participation in the decision-making process during the vaccination appointment is retrospectively evaluated by both sides (physician and patient; PEF-FB-Doc and PEF-FB-9). Furthermore, the effect of the decision aids used (Decisional Conflict Scale) should be evaluated.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method After completion of the intervention, the feasibility, strengths and weaknesses of the intervention are evaluated by means of a semi-structured interview with the participating general practitioners.
