Inclusion Criteria

M2QM criterion (known in practice for at least 2 quarters with the above-mentioned diagnoses), knowledge of the German language, able to provide information/agree.

Exclusion Criteria

pregnancy; cognitive limitations; no reliable long-term diagnosis justifying an indication vaccination against Covid-19 or influenza; diagnosis or patient known in practice for less than two quarters; ignorance of the German language, inability to give informed consent

The patient's participation in the decision-making process during the vaccination appointment is retrospectively evaluated by both sides (physician and patient; PEF-FB-Doc and PEF-FB-9). Furthermore, the effect of the decision aids used (Decisional Conflict Scale) should be evaluated.
Secondary Outcome Measures

After completion of the intervention, the feasibility, strengths and weaknesses of the intervention are evaluated by means of a semi-structured interview with the participating general practitioners.
