- •3 Patient suffering from stage 1 hypertension
- •4 Patients suffering from isolated systolic hypertension

- •1 Patient not willing for the trial
- •2 Patient <20 years and >70 years of age
- •3 Stage II hypertension
- •4 Patient suffering from secondary hypertension
- •5 Any other patients considered unfit for the inclusion in trial after investigation
- •6 Patient who had participated in any clinical study/ trial in past 6 months
