1.OSA patients diagnosed with laboratory polysomnography to have OSA and have been treating with MAD, 2.Age 18 years old or older, 3.Residual AHI is higher than 14 events per hour
1.Patients with serious comorbidities such as moderate to severe pulmonary disease, neuromuscular disease, obesity hypoventilation syndrome, congestive heart failure, nocturnal arrythmias, 2.patients with other sleep disorders involved such as central sleep apnea, periodic limb movement disorder, insomnia, parasomnias, circadian rhythm disorders, narcolepsy, REM sleep behavioural disorder, 3.patients with painful TMD signs and symptoms according to DC/TMD, 4.patients on narcotics or muscle relaxants, 5.patients who had undergone oropharyngeal surgery, 6.patients with severe cognitive impairment
