Inclusion Criteria

Age > 18 yearS

Patients got hospitalised in Emergency medical unit of Department of Internal Medicine PGIMER, who need advance long term airways management will be assessed after three days of admission for need of tracheostomy as per treating physician decision and standerd protocol followed.

Consent to participate in study.

Exclusion Criteria

Age < 18 years

Patients who are not willing to give consent for the study.

Pregnant female

COVID-19 positive patients

Difficult neck anatomy â?? cervical spine injury, Neck mass (tumors), aberrant blood vessels

Trauma Patients, cervical injury

Surgical emergency

Active skin infection of anterior neck
