Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Primary Osteoporosis
  • •2\.Patients with sufficient understanding to fill the QOL Questionnaire and follow the structured exercise programme at home

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.Impaired Kidney Function
  • •2\.Uncontrolled Cardiac Conditions such as Arrythmias
  • •3\.Any Neurological, Muscular or Orthopaedic condition that hinders participation in the exercise programme
  • •4\.Patients having received any medications for Osteoporosis (Other than Calcium and Vitamin D3 ) within the last 1 year
