Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Primary Osteoporosis
- •2\.Patients with sufficient understanding to fill the QOL Questionnaire and follow the structured exercise programme at home
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Impaired Kidney Function
- •2\.Uncontrolled Cardiac Conditions such as Arrythmias
- •3\.Any Neurological, Muscular or Orthopaedic condition that hinders participation in the exercise programme
- •4\.Patients having received any medications for Osteoporosis (Other than Calcium and Vitamin D3 ) within the last 1 year
