入选标准
- •1.Primary Osteoporosis
- •2.Patients with sufficient understanding to fill the QOL Questionnaire and follow the structured exercise programme at home
排除标准
- •1.Impaired Kidney Function
- •2.Uncontrolled Cardiac Conditions such as Arrythmias
- •3.Any Neurological, Muscular or Orthopaedic condition that hinders participation in the exercise programme
- •4.Patients having received any medications for Osteoporosis (Other than Calcium and Vitamin D3 ) within the last 1 year
