Inclusion Criteria
- •Inclusion criteria : American Society of Anesthesiologist Physical status 1 or 2
- •Exclusion criteria : Any absolute or relative contraindication for spinal anesthesia ; BMI \> 25 ; history of taking a2 antagonist drugs ; history of hypertension or antihypertensive drug taking ; history of heart disease (ischemic ,valular ,blocks) ; renal failure ; hepatic disease ; history of allergy to study drugs ; inadequate spinal block level
