Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Male patients between 50 to 70 years of age.
- •2\.ASA physical status 1,2 and 3\.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. ASA physical status 4,5 \& 6\. 2\. Patients refusal.3\. Patients with peripheral sensorineural deficit. 4\. Patients is sensitive or allergic to study medications.
