- •BMI : 25\.0 – 34\.9 kg/m2
- •No participation in structured exercise programs for past three months before study entry
- •No significant weight change (? BMI\<±3 kg/m2\) for past three months before study entry
排除标准
- •Participants with the following conditions will be excluded:
- •Diagnosed with arthritis, musculoskeletal disorders, cardiovascular diseases (hypertension, angina, myocardial infarction, arrhythmia, diabetes) and psychiatric disorders
- •Taking medications related to body composition, glucose and lipid metabolism
- •Unable to communicate with research staff
