Inclusion Criteria
- •healthy participants age ranged between 20 to 30 years, including both male and female,
- •And healthy participants are
- •selected who willing to sit for 2 hours continuously.
Exclusion Criteria
- •healthy participants with previous diagnosis of diabetes, any orthopedic/medical conditions
- •Current smokers,
- •healthy participants with any psychiatric or neurological disorders, cardiovascular problems,
- •healthy participants with blood borne disease,
- •Those who have prick allergy.
