入选标准
- •Individuals with BMI range 25kg/m²-39.9kg/m² and
- •Waist-Hip-Ratio>=0.85 in males and >=0.80 in females.
- •MMSE score > 24
排除标准
- •Recent lower extremity injury/trauma/surgery within the last 6 months
- •Lower extremity total joint replacement,
- •Neurologic conditions (including but not limited to stroke, multiple sclerosis, neuropathy)
- •Inability to walk independently
- •Uncorrected vision problem
- •Uncontrolled diabetes
- •Known cardiovascular disease
