Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Children aged 0\-16 years presented at a participating hospital with fever without an apparant source are eligible. Fever is defined as a temperature of \>38\.0°C at home or during presentation.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Children will be excluded in case of early onset neonatal sepsis (within 72 hours after birth), or the hospitalised neonate.
