Diagnosis of leukemia(Multiple myeloma and Hodgkin lymphoma) based on cellular pathology
Patients Candidate for Autologous Stem Cell Transplantation as Cancer Treatment
Written and informed consent from the subjects under study
Age between 19 to 60 years
Proper Functional Status of the Patient for doing Exercises (Functional Status Based on Karnowski criteria above 9)
Absence of chronic comorbidities such as hypertension, heart disease, respiratory and allergic diseases, diabetes and kidney failure...
No orthopedic problems that prevent the exercise
Mobilization with a single drug and with the same injection method
Patient request and desire to exclude the study
Discontinuation of continuous aerobic exercise more than one consecutive session.
Discontinuation of interval aerobic exercise for more than one consecutive session.
Failure to perform at least 7 continuous aerobic training sessions daily during the mobilization period.
Failure to perform at least 7 discontinuous aerobic training sessions daily during the mobilization period.
Hemoglobin drop below 8.
Decreased platelet count of the patient to below 50,000
Indication of fever and neutropenia.

Name Time Method CD34 and MNC cells count for transplant. Timepoint: Before mobilization and after 1 week standard pre-transplant treatment plus exercise( intervention group) Before mobilization and after 1 week standard pre-transplant treatment without exercise(control group). Method of measurement: the number of mononuclear and CD34 cells by the report of pathologist.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Hospital admission length after transplant. Timepoint: after patients discharge. Method of measurement: admition days based on the hospital documentation.
