Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Recreational and professional footbal players
- •All ages will be included
- •Aged from 18-25 years
- •no prior experience of TRX and Swiss ball training program.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Any abdominal or pelvic surgeries past 6 months
- •Diagnosed ankle sprain over past 6 months
- •History of any lower limb surgery past 1 year
- •Diagnosed abnormal diversion in the spine
- •Participants with low back pain
- •Diagnosed cases of central nervous system defect
