Inclusion Criteria
Recreational and professional footbal players
All ages will be included
Aged from 18-25 years
no prior experience of TRX and Swiss ball training program.
Exclusion Criteria
Any abdominal or pelvic surgeries past 6 months
Diagnosed ankle sprain over past 6 months
History of any lower limb surgery past 1 year
Diagnosed abnormal diversion in the spine
Participants with low back pain
Diagnosed cases of central nervous system defect
