入选标准
- •1. Patients undergoing elective PCNL and Laparoscopic cholecystectomy surgeries.
- •2. ASA grade1 and 2 physical statuses.
- •3. Patients scheduled for elective surgery.
- •4. No history of allergy or sensitivity to any of the studied local anaesthetics.
- •5. Patients weighing more than 50kg.
排除标准
- •1.Patients with comorbidities (cardiovascular disease, renal failure, hepatic dysfunction, chronic pulmonary disease, Bleeding disorders, Neurologic and psychiatric disorders).
- •2.Presence of contraindications for local anaesthetics used.
- •3.Infection at the local site.
- •4.Patientâ??s refusal.
