入选标准
- •1)Patients who are posted for scheduled O.T under general anaesthesia
- •2)Subject or care-giver who are ready to give consent
- •3)Patients who will have difficult airway as determined by clinical parameters like grade 3 or 4 modified mallampatti grading will be included in the study
排除标准
- •1)Any maxillo-facial injury
- •2)Maxillo-facial tumour
- •3)Laryngeal or any airway tumour
- •4)Tumour over tongue,palate
- •5)Any dental tumour
- •6)Patient receiving Laryngeal radiation
- •7)Mouth opening less than 2 fingers
- •8)Neck extension less than 30Ã?°
