Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\)Patients who are posted for scheduled O.T under general anaesthesia
- •2\)Subject or care\-giver who are ready to give consent
- •3\)Patients who will have difficult airway as determined by clinical parameters like grade 3 or 4 modified mallampatti grading will be included in the study
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\)Any maxillo\-facial injury
- •2\)Maxillo\-facial tumour
- •3\)Laryngeal or any airway tumour
- •4\)Tumour over tongue,palate
- •5\)Any dental tumour
- •6\)Patient receiving Laryngeal radiation
- •7\)Mouth opening less than 2 fingers
- •8\)Neck extension less than 30Ã?°
