Inclusion Criteria
1)Patients who are posted for scheduled O.T under general anaesthesia
2)Subject or care-giver who are ready to give consent
3)Patients who will have difficult airway as determined by clinical parameters like grade 3 or 4 modified mallampatti grading will be included in the study
Exclusion Criteria
1)Any maxillo-facial injury
2)Maxillo-facial tumour
3)Laryngeal or any airway tumour
4)Tumour over tongue,palate
5)Any dental tumour
6)Patient receiving Laryngeal radiation
7)Mouth opening less than 2 fingers
8)Neck extension less than 30�°
