Inclusion Criteria
1.undergoing laparoscopic surgery
2.should have ACE-III score more than 88 in preoperative period
3. should be receiving opioids in intraoperative and postoperative period
Exclusion Criteria
1. history of dementia
2. history of alcohol, chronic opioid or other substance abuse
3. history of cerebral surgeries, stroke
4. history suggestive of psychiatric disease like schizophrenia, dementia
5. prescription of central nervous system-active medications
