- •American Society of Anaesthesiologists grade I or II, scheduled for elective surgery of duration less than 2 hours under general anaesthesia with controlled ventilation using the endotracheal tube for airway management
排除标准
- •1) Any risk of regurgitation and aspiration
- •2) Anticipated difficult airway, Mallampati class 3 and 4
- •3) Cervical spine disease or injury
- •4) Pregnancy
- •5) Recent upper respiratory tract infection 6) BMI > 30kg/m2
- •7) H/o systemic and metabolic disorders
