For 24 months from the approval date to the IRB who agreed targets in the study of patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy at Chonbuk National University Hospital.
1. Suspected or confirmed gallbladder cancer.
2. Acute cholecystitis or cholangitis.
3. Suspected common bile duct stones.
4. Clinically suspected or confiemed active infections.
5. Preoperative administration of antibiotics within 7days due to other infectious condition.
6. Preoperative administration of antibiotics within 7days due to previous percutaneous gallbladder drainage(PTGBD).
7. Inevitably used as an antibiotic such as immuno-suppressed patient’s condition.(ex. immunosuppresant, steroids and etc.)
8. Suspected pregnancy.
9. Open conversion during operation.
10. Patients refuse this study.
