入选标准
- •For 24 months from the approval date to the IRB who agreed targets in the study of patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy at Chonbuk National University Hospital.
排除标准
- •1. Suspected or confirmed gallbladder cancer.
- •2. Acute cholecystitis or cholangitis.
- •3. Suspected common bile duct stones.
- •4. Clinically suspected or confiemed active infections.
- •5. Preoperative administration of antibiotics within 7days due to other infectious condition.
- •6. Preoperative administration of antibiotics within 7days due to previous percutaneous gallbladder drainage(PTGBD).
- •7. Inevitably used as an antibiotic such as immuno-suppressed patient’s condition.(ex. immunosuppresant, steroids and etc.)
- •8. Suspected pregnancy.
- •9. Open conversion during operation.
- •10. Patients refuse this study.
