入选标准
- •1.Consenting adult patients
- •2.Aged 18 – 60 yrs.
- •3.ASA (American society of anaesthesiologists) grade I and II
- •4.Posted for elective surgery under general anaesthesia.
- •5.Modified Mallampati (MMP) grade I and IIpatients.
- •6.Patients having full range of neck movements
排除标准
- •A)Any cervical spine disease / fixation / operation
- •B)Mouthopening less = 2 finger width of patients
- •C)Facial anomalies maxillary hypoplasia, mandibular hypoplasia / hyperplasia
- •D)TMJ pathology- ankylosis or reducedmovement
- •E)Microstomia
- •F)Tumors of mouth and tongue
- •G)Macroglossia .
- •H)Teeth problems - edentulous,loose teeth, protruding upper incisors.
- •I)Pharynx pathology – hypertrophied tonsils adenoids,
- •J)Larynx Pathology- epiglottitis, laryngomalacia, tumor, congenital stenosis
- •K)Surgery involving oral cavity or throat.
