Inclusion Criteria:
approved the pesticide paraquat during the last 24; moderate to severe poisoning with this herbicide
The exclusion criteria:
In addition to any other pesticide paraquat; the underlying liver disease - kidney - lung; The incidence of treatment-related complications during interventional treatment

Name Time Method Kidney failure. Timepoint: Daily during treatment. Method of measurement: BUN & Cr..Cr: 1.4 mg/dl (i.e., mean normal value + 2 standard deviations).;Mortality. Timepoint: Constantly during treatment. Method of measurement: Observation.;Hepatitis (liver failure). Timepoint: Daily during treatment. Method of measurement: (ST) and(ALT) values were > 70 U/L (normal valueis < 35 U/L) or when total bilirubin was > 3.0 mg/dl (normal valueis < 1.4 mg/dl).;Hypoxia. Timepoint: Daily during treatment. Method of measurement: PaO2 < 80 mm Hg at roomair.
