入选标准
- •1. COVID positive (by RT-PCR method) patients who are critically ill (room air SPO2 < 94%, and RR >25), and health care workers and close contacts.
- •2. Signed informed consent
排除标准
- •1. Pregnancy
- •2. Age-less than 20 years or greater than 80 years
- •3. Those with HIV infection, chronic kidney disease, chronic liver disease, hematological malignancy, and those on immunosuppressive drugs
- •4. Those who have received hydroxychloroquine for COVID-19
