1. patients with chronic respiratory diseases other than asthma and COPD 2. patients with a history of surgery, congenital diseases, or mental disorders that may affect pulmonary function tests 3. patients with hematologic or autoimmune diseases that may affect peripheral blood eosinophil counts 4. patients with mental disorders that may affect the asthma questionnaires 5. patients with hematologic, infectious, autoimmune, malignant, or inflammatory diseases that may affect the serum biomarkers 6. patients who are judged to be inappropriate to participate in this study by primary physicion
