Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Neurosurgical patients with traumatic brain injury and supratentorial space occupying lesions
- •2\. Neurological patients of guillain barre syndrome and myaesthenia gravis
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patients not giving consent
- •2\. Patients who are haemodynamically unstable not attributable to sepsis
- •3\. Patients with known peripheral vascular disease
- •4\. Patients in whom StO2 / rSo2 cannot be measured
