Inclusion Criteria
1. Neurosurgical patients with traumatic brain injury and supratentorial space occupying lesions
2. Neurological patients of guillain barre syndrome and myaesthenia gravis
Exclusion Criteria
1. Patients not giving consent
2. Patients who are haemodynamically unstable not attributable to sepsis
3. Patients with known peripheral vascular disease
4. Patients in whom StO2 / rSo2 cannot be measured
