Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Adult patients of American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status I or II either sex aged between 18 and 65 years undergoing emergency laparotomy will be recruited in this study.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Patients or relativeâ??s refusal to consent for study
- •2\.History of previous exploratory laparotomy in the current hospitalization period
- •3\.History of ICU stay in last 6months
- •4\.Pre\-existing significant cardiac, renal and hepatic diseases
- •5\.Intraoperative massive blood loss or massive transfusion
