Inclusion Criteria

1. ASA physical status II or III
2. age more than or equal 18 years
3. singleton pregnany
4. Term pregnancy(GA more than or equal 37 weeks)

Exclusion Criteria

1. cerebrovascular disease
2. complicated pregnancy (eg. placenta previa, abruptio placantae)
3. major fetal anomalies
4. history of monoamine oxidase inhibitor (MAOI) use
5. other drugs administration before baby delivery
