- •Female patients of age >18 years Biopsy proven breast cancer undergoing ALND, Willing to join study
排除标准
- •-Age < 18yrs
- •-ASA grade IV or more.
- •-Patients undergoing Immediate Breast Reconstruction.
- •-Patients with prior radiotherapy.
- •-Patients already on anti-coagulants or fibrinolytics.
- •-Patients who have undergone previous ALND or any axillary surgery
- •-Previous history of thromboembolic disease (deep vein thrombosis, pulmonary embolism, varicose veins, cerebrovascular accidents).
