Inclusion Criteria
- •1. patient under going total hip arthroplasty
- •2. ASA physical status I-III
- •3. age 40-90 years old
- •4. BMI < 35 kg/m2
Exclusion Criteria
- •1. allergy or reaction to local anesthetic drug
- •2. contraindication for neuraxial anesthesia
- •3. Progressive neurological deficit
- •4. Pathologiacal fracture
