Inclusion Criteria
Patient fulfilling diagnostic criteria will be included in the study.
Patient aged between 25 to 60 years.
Both gender patients attending the OPD and IPD of Shri B M Kankanawadi Ayurveda Mahavidyalaya, Post Graduate studies and Research Centre, Shahapur, Belagavi, will be included.
Exclusion Criteria
Patients of cervical fracture, trauma, tumours, ankylosing spondylitis and neoplasms.
Refusal to provide consent for the study.

Name Time Method Marma chikitsa in combination with Panchakarma procedures will prove to be more effective in comparison with that of only the Panchakarma procedures adopted in ManyastambhaTimepoint: 0th Day and 7th Day
