Minimum age 18 years, No periodontal treatment in the last two years, Generalized periodontitis up to stage 3 and grade B, Written informed consent
Patients who have already received periodontal treatment within the last two years, Pregnancy, Tobacco use, Dental implants, Metabolic disease with possible influence on the healing process, especially diabetes, Patients with infectious diseases, such as HIV, Hep B or Hep C, Patients undergoing chemotherapy, Patients with cystic fibrosis, Antibiosis in the last 3 months
