入排标准
入选标准
- •1.Patient age :25-65 years
- •2.Asymptomatic apical periodontitis.
- •3.Teeth with necrotic pulp that will be confirmed by pulp sensitivity test.
- •4.Periapical lesion with a periapical index score of 3,4 or 5.
排除标准
- •1.In patient where tooth is un restorable, inadequate length, poor periodontal status.
- •2.Patients who had received NSAIDS or antibiotic treatment in three months before the study.
- •3.Patient who had and systemic disease
- •4.Patient allergic to ketorolac and ciprofloxacin
