Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Patient age :25\-65 years
- •2\.Asymptomatic apical periodontitis.
- •3\.Teeth with necrotic pulp that will be confirmed by pulp sensitivity test.
- •4\.Periapical lesion with a periapical index score of 3,4 or 5\.
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.In patient where tooth is un restorable, inadequate length, poor periodontal status.
- •2\.Patients who had received NSAIDS or antibiotic treatment in three months before the study.
- •3\.Patient who had and systemic disease
- •4\.Patient allergic to ketorolac and ciprofloxacin
