Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Patients of both gender
  • •Mallampatti grade 1 and 2
  • •patient with no hypertension or controlled with antihypertensive(BP \<140/90\)

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Patient refusal
  • •Emergency surgery
  • •Anticipated difficult intubation(Mallampatti grade 3 and 4
  • •PATIENTS WITH ORAL PATHOLOGY OR MASS
  • •History of relevant druggs allergy
  • •Patients with risk of gastric aspiration
  • •Any bleeding diathesis
  • •Patients having arrhythmia
  • •Patients having ischaemic heart disease
