Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients of both gender
- •Mallampatti grade 1 and 2
- •patient with no hypertension or controlled with antihypertensive(BP \<140/90\)
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patient refusal
- •Emergency surgery
- •Anticipated difficult intubation(Mallampatti grade 3 and 4
- •PATIENTS WITH ORAL PATHOLOGY OR MASS
- •History of relevant druggs allergy
- •Patients with risk of gastric aspiration
- •Any bleeding diathesis
- •Patients having arrhythmia
- •Patients having ischaemic heart disease
