Difficult to endoscopic ultrasonography. Difficult to gastrointestinal endoscopy. Presence of esophageal varices with F2, F3 and/or red color sign. Presence of sever organopathy. Difficult to obtain informed consent. Ineligible cases are judged by researchers.
