Female adolescents from public schools in a city in the interior of São Paulo who voluntarily agreed to participate in the study; aged between 11 and 14 years; who are not pregnant; who did not have a diagnosis of psychiatric illness - except for eating disorders; who are unable to hear or communicate.
The exclusion criteria adopted for the groups will be: adolescents in a situation of pregnancy; who did not present the minimum conditions necessary to perform the task in a group, both in cognitive terms (indication of lowering in the intellectual level, evaluated empirically), and clinically (presence of severe organic or psychiatric disease - in the latter case, except for the diagnosis of AN in the RG), or even hearing or communication impairment that made it impossible to carry out the group interview

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method It is expected to find a decrease in symptoms indicative of eating disorders verified through the scales applied after the interventions, and that are lasting at least after 6 months of intervention.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method At the end of the interventions and after 6 months, anthropometric data will be collected again and the questionnaires will be reapplied, with the aim of verifying the effects of the intervention on the adolescents. Therefore, an improvement in Body Mass Index (BMI) and in pinching behaviors, a decrease in symptoms of binge eating and eating disorders, as well as in body image is expected.
