Inclusion Criteria
1.Patients undergoing elective arthroscopic shoulder surgeries
2.Belonging to American Society of Anaesthesiologist physical status 1 and 2
Exclusion Criteria
Patients who refuse to give written informed consent, American Society of Anaesthesiologist physical status 3 and above, baseline blood pressure more than 140/90mmhg in spite of regular antihypertensive medications, Patients on antiplatelets and anticoagulants.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method To compare intraoperative blood pressure changes between both the groups.Timepoint: Every 5 minutes till 15 minutes then every 15 minutes till 30 minutes & half hourly thereafter
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method To assess the quality of surgical visual field visibility in both the groups.Timepoint: Once at the end of the surgery;To compare the intraoperative heart rate changes between both the groups.Timepoint: Every 5 minutes till 15 minutes then every 15 minutes till 30 minutes & half hourly thereafter
