Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.Patients undergoing elective arthroscopic shoulder surgeries
- •2\.Belonging to American Society of Anaesthesiologist physical status 1 and 2
Exclusion Criteria
- •Patients who refuse to give written informed consent, American Society of Anaesthesiologist physical status 3 and above, baseline blood pressure more than 140/90mmhg in spite of regular antihypertensive medications, Patients on antiplatelets and anticoagulants.
