Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\. Patients with Isolated brain injury
- •2\. Patients who had operable Acute Subdural Hematoma (SDH), brain
- •contusion or both
- •3\. ASA IE\-IIE patients
Exclusion Criteria
- •(1\) Patients with motor response \< 3 in Glasgow coma score (GCS) scale.
- •(2\) Patients in shock (SBP \<90 mm of Hg) even after resuscitation and before
- •induction of anaesthesia.
- •(3\) Any comorbidity other than hypertension or diabetes (i.e. Coronary artery
- •disease, COPD, Hepatic or Renal impairment).
- •(4\) Patients who had polytrauma.
