Inclusion Criteria
1)Childrenâ??s who able to understand simple command
2) Grades of Head control â?? grade 3 in sitting
3)Children with good gross motor hand function(MACS SCALE) level III
4)GMFCS I or II or III
Exclusion Criteria
1)Children who have undergone oral surgery(neurectomy)
2)Administration of Botulinum toxin to facial muscles
3)childrens with Hearing impairment
