Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Knee OA diagnosed by American College of Rheumatology,
  • •aged 50\-85 years
  • •NRS of knee pain \>\=5 of 10
  • •able to walk

Exclusion Criteria

  • •rheumatoid arthritis
  • •gouty arthritis of knee
  • •chronic back pain or tendinitis of knee
  • •knee arthroplasty
  • •patients with cardiac pacemaker
  • •history of using ultrasound
  • •having intra\-articular injection within the past 6 months
  • •having contraindications to Ibuprofen
