Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Knee OA diagnosed by American College of Rheumatology,
- •aged 50\-85 years
- •NRS of knee pain \>\=5 of 10
- •able to walk
Exclusion Criteria
- •rheumatoid arthritis
- •gouty arthritis of knee
- •chronic back pain or tendinitis of knee
- •knee arthroplasty
- •patients with cardiac pacemaker
- •history of using ultrasound
- •having intra\-articular injection within the past 6 months
- •having contraindications to Ibuprofen
