Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Relapsing and recovering MS patients with severe disease activity who are treated with rituximab
- •patients with disability grade 4\.5 to 6
- •Patients who are able to walk without assistance
- •Patients who can walk at least 100 meters
- •Age between 20 and 45 years
Exclusion Criteria
- •Unwillingness of patients to cooperate with the research team
- •Absence of more than 3 sessions in practice sessions
- •Not taking alpha lipoic acid medicine regularly
- •Failure to answer the phone call to continue the treatment
